Fries and chicken recipe
- Clean the chicken and cut it into pieces. Set aside!
- In a blender, add the peeled and sliced onion and garlic, seeded and chopped bell pepper, parsley, rondelle powder, African nutmeg, anise, rosemary, and cloves. Add a little water and blend until you get a homogeneous puree.
- Pour the obtained puree into the plate containing the chicken. Salt, pepper, and mix everything well. Let it rest for 1 hour in the fridge.
- Heat oil in the pan and when it's moderately hot, place the chicken pieces in it. Fry for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat. When cooked and nicely golden, drain on absorbent paper. Serve with a salad or something else of your choice.
